Dr. Shereen Naser is a distinguished scholar, community leader, and advocate whose work sits at the intersection of education, social justice, and cultural empowerment. As an Associate Professor of Psychology at Cleveland State University, she has dedicated her career to advancing equity in education and creating pathways of opportunity for historically underserved communities.

Dr. Naser is the founder and director of the Cleveland Child and Adolescent Research in Education (CARE) Lab, where she leads innovative, community-based initiatives designed to support youth development, strengthen family engagement, and transform educational systems. Her work emphasizes culturally responsive practices, ensuring that students from diverse backgrounds are not only seen and heard, but empowered to thrive.

Beyond her academic leadership, Dr. Naser is a committed advocate for social justice and a respected voice within the Arab American community and across Greater Cleveland. She has been actively engaged in initiatives that promote inclusion, equity, and cross-cultural understanding, often serving as a bridge between communities through dialogue, education, and action. Her efforts extend beyond the classroom, influencing policy discussions, community organizing efforts, and public conversations around justice and human dignity.
