Northeast Ohio Coalition for the Homeless (NEOCH)

The Northeast Ohio Coalition for the Homeless (NEOCH) is a leading advocacy organization dedicated to ending homelessness and promoting housing justice across Cleveland and the greater Northeast Ohio region. Since its founding, NEOCH has served as a powerful voice for individuals and families experiencing homelessness, working to ensure that everyone has access to safe, stable, and affordable housing.

NEOCH combines direct advocacy with community organizing, public policy initiatives, and legal support to address the root causes of homelessness. The organization works closely with local governments, service providers, and community partners to advance equitable housing policies, protect tenant rights, and expand resources for those in need.

A cornerstone of NEOCH’s work is amplifying the voices of those directly impacted by homelessness. Through leadership development, civic engagement, and grassroots organizing, the organization empowers individuals to become advocates for change within their own communities.

In addition to policy and advocacy efforts, NEOCH provides critical support through street outreach, assistance with housing access, and programs designed to prevent homelessness before it begins. Their commitment to dignity, justice, and systemic change has made them a trusted and respected force in the fight against homelessness in Northeast Ohio.
